The LITE HVAC Solution
Frank Door Company sought to condition two facilities, each posing unique challenges. The first facility spans 15,000 square feet and features multiple dock doors constantly in operation throughout the day. The second facility spans 32,000 square feet and was built in the early 1980s using block wall construction without insulation.
The LITE HVAC System’s solution provided Frank Door Company with five indoor systems to effectively heat and cool their manufacturing spaces. Given the absence of gas availability, LITE’s gas-free heating option proved indispensable. By combining heat pumps with auxiliary heating coils, we ensured consistent and reliable heating throughout both facilities. Other features specifically added to this project were min OA kits, a double-wall base section for sound attenuation, and two-stage prefilter.
