The fleet maintenance garage is responsible for providing routine maintenance and repairs for the city of Henderson’s 140+ vehicle fleet. Their facility ensures peak performance and efficient servicing for all city vehicles, keeping essential community operations running smoothly.
The LITE HVAC Solution
The City of Henderson faced a pressing need to add cooling to its fleet maintenance garages, which oversee the upkeep of government and emergency vehicles.
The LITE HVAC System’s solution provided a total of three systems for the city’s two spaces totaling 20,000 square feet. These systems were installed outside the garages, ensuring they did not encroach upon floor space vital for operational efficiency. Other features specifically added to this project were a double-wall base section, nest controls, a single-point power connection, louvered outlet section, and DX cooling coils.
